Integrated Health Services Plan (IHSP) 2007 – 2010

Extensive community engagement and environmental scanning activities led to the creation of the inaugural WWLHIN Integrated Health Service Plan found below. This 3-year strategic plan for health services was developed with the input of hundreds of residents and providers across our communities.

The LHIN is responsible for planning, coordinating and funding our local health system and uses the IHSP to set the direction in which it will lead and transform local health care.

Information on this page relates to the inaugural IHSP 2007 - 2010 which will remain current until March 31, 2010.

Annual Service Plan

Each year the Waterloo Wellington LHIN is required to submit an Annual Service Plan (ASP) to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

The purpose of the Annual Service plan is to outline how we will continue to implement our Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP). It is designed to meet the reporting requirements outlined in the MLAA and feeds into the Ministry’s results-based planning and budget processes.
